AW node 3 bug?

The node puts bleed debuffs on you when the defender has armor-up buffs. I attempted it with sig 200 Angela, and the bleed debuff duration was not reduced at all.

I’m not sure if this is a bug, or if I’m missing something. Any insight would be appreciated

I never being on an Alliance

We had this happen to an alliance mate many seasons ago. My guess is the glancing causes issues with her abilities.
