R4 - Skill Class

I'm one of the lucky few who pulled a skill r4 gem from Epoch of Ares. I dont have Bullseye, so Im torn between waiting for him or using in on Shang-Chi, MoleGod, Cheliit or Crossbones.

Any obvious r4 worth champs in this class?

ok, honestly? shang and Xbones are the best options here.
You could wait till u pull a hit monkey, or a bullseye, but that could take forever.
If you're good with Xbones, he is godly.
If not as good with him, go for shang chi
