Are you looking into this bug? I have yet to see any acknowledgement of it.

    Same! It’s annoying as heck. Also, I didn’t get the reward, of course. I’d like to know if this is being worked on, or everyone with the problem needs to submit a ticket?

    You have to email support cuz the game team can’t figure anything out right now

    They "fixed" it but can only claim the 500 shards.
