Alright makes sense, but I don't think anyone will waste time to practice. It will be more like going to watch some youtube videos before they log in. I believe many people finished necro that way for example.

yup, but also, on the original roll out of Crucible, I believe completing Normal got you access to SOME of the event rewards (and please correct me)? required to do the real Crucible for the actual rewards of that event, but lower difficulty gave smaller roster accounts a viable way to at least get a piece of it.

AFTER the roll out event? useless, except for planning/ practice, or unless you want to just have it checked off as completed.

When it first dropped, exploring either difficulty got you a deathless piece plus some other stuff from an objective, since the objective is gone no real point to it now

This!! I did normal difficulty because it gave something (maybe mr sisnister rewards, and yes it was shite at the end of the day).
