Missing the rewards for lvl62

I hit lvl 62 today after doing the paragon gauntlet objective. It says I have claimed the rewards for lvl62 but I never got them. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    What u missing? If its ultron classic u wont have him as he isnt in roster yet

    I know i didnt get the units and ultron. Cant tell with the gold so just assuming i didnt get any of it

    It’s a bug. Kabam is aware and is going to rectify it at a later date to send our rewards in game mail.

    Now recalling yeah kabam crashed replied about level 62 kinda forgot about it
