Who should I rank up?

I just got the ability to rank a 7 star mutant to rank 2 but I’m stuck for which one as they are both so fun and amazing. Should I rank up my negasonic teenage warhead or Domino?

Both are solid. I think NTW is a bit niche, but she is great. I already have her at R3 and don’t regret it. Domino will be going up too once she is duped. That dual threat of her awakening is great.
