If course, barely anyone has had a chance to play with Joaquin; so this isn't the fairest vote...

But apart from easy access to Debilitate (presumably to counter Enchantress) and not gaining a Precision from Dex, there's really not a lot he does apart from damage.

I suppose the Slow when opponents activate Specials will come in handy; but that's fairly widely available amongst the Science class, these days.

Just fun, and easy to use.

Joaquin has some damage, but has 0 usage against skill class (traumas need the slow basically). Only other use is maybe against enchantress.
Sam Wilson is just mid, no explanation needed.
