Kabam ID and webstore

I’m here talking about the fact of the 7 star key selector right now in the webstore. Now on paper, this is a great giveaway and great of Kabam to do. The problem is, I can’t get to the webstore. You see, I made my account in 2016, but mostly left the game untouched until about a few months ago. Unfortunately, I connected my account back then to my email and made a Kabam id for a free premium or whatever, and now I have no idea what email or password I signed in with. In other words, I’m genuinely cooked. If anyone in this thread knows how to reset a Kabam ID or change it in some way, that’d go greatly appreciated.

    You need to open a support ticket with Kabam and pass their account verification process to prove ownership, and they can then change your ID and/or password for you.
