The 5 Star Ceiling

Okay, I didn’t realize until recently that Quake and Magik didn’t go past 5*. Magik was in the game when I played years ago and when I came back I just assumed she was antiquated and that’s why I never see her used. I barely even acknowledged Quake was in the game… but I wonder what the value of these characters are. My original BG roster was all 5*s and even though I took them all off it, I do occasionally throw my Dust back in since that’s the highest I have her. Hulking maxes at 6 and he’s at least one of my top 3 MVPs even among my 7*s. So I’m really tempted to try to play around with these characters to figure out what makes them even bigger monsters than Hulkling…

Are there any others that Max out at 5*?

Yes, quake is powerfull but not so easy tu use,
Magik wasn't that game breaking even during the 5* era, it was blade !blade !blade! from what i remember.
But after all, kabam was afraid to unleash scarlet witch outside the 4* and she's now available as 7* in AW rewards.
She's a good champion but we don't see her too much like she was breaking the contest😅

Just wrong. 5 star magic still shines in some content. I've seen her used in certain BG metas still...

She would be a nightmare as a 6*, let alone 7*

There's probably been around 5 different posts recently discussing Quake, Magic, and in general what others are currently capped at 5* and 6*
