Without spending a bunch of money on the Banquet, probably not. The roster diversity to explore Epoch wouldn't be there on an account with 6* champs in their top. Not just having the right champs, but having three 7* champs that are effective for the paths...unless all they needed to beat was the gates.

You can gain refined XP without being level 60, you just need to be Valiant. If you gain refined XP while under level 60, it shoots you up incredibly quickly to 60 since it’s 1000x the regular amount. An experienced player can get to Val fairly quick these days without many quests if you’re targeting the right things (I know someone with an alt that has 2 7r3s at 200 total quests, that did Epoch completion at level 41 for example), and looks like they’ve done fairly little monthly content, but have done challenge content like Necro, some of the CCP challenges, etc according to their titles. They could have also spent money, which helps.

Obviously I can’t say for certain, but it is at least possible for this account to be legitimate

My alt was 53 before first time reward which got me valiant and then level 60 so this is possible

nope refined exp gets collected even before lvl 60. I've seen dudes go from lvl 50 to 60 in less than a month with daily super event alone

Well, first off, through the power of credit card debt all things are possible, so, jot that down.

If this is a FTP account I’d have a real hard time buying it. But if they were willing to just yeet revives at the content until it was done… yeah, it could be done. Or I guess theoretically if it’s a mini for a very skilled player, but even then I’d say a lot of revives are gonna be needed.

I had a 1.8 million rating when I got Valiant, so it's possible to get it at 1.3 because I only spent a little and have mid level skill.

I'm at level 60 right now and at Paragon, why is my account doesn't seem to gain experience, it's stuck with a blue thin line from the start. Been doing quest since they announced the additional levels but as I noticed I'm not gaining experienced at all to level up.
