Act 4 and 5 Comp came out but it is bugged

Instead of going to the people who did act 4 and 5 within 3 months of the update, it went to those who did it within 3 months of now. My friend and I should have been elegible and have waited patiently for years and haven't gotten it. Finally comes out and his brand new alt gets it, our mains don't. @KabamPinwheel @Kabam (Osaurus) Rex @Kabam Crashed @KabamDORK

I have waited since summer 2 years ago. IMO we should get extra stuff because the rewards were way more useful for conquerer me than valiant me. Gimme my buffed rewards please. Yall said its coming out immediately then made me wait 2 years, then didn't even give it to me. Not cool guys, not cool.

The differencial between old act 4 and 5 rewards and the new ones. I think kabam put extra stuff in the comp package too cuz we waited so long

But Kabam literally stated if you did it within either 3 or 4 months of the buff (can't remember which), you were eligible. Me and my friend were both elegible. Why on earth are kabam giving it to people who were unnaffected? My friend's alt did it after the buff, meaning he got the buffed rewards, and he got the comp on top of that. That doesn't make sense.

SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME I did act 4 and 5 2 years ago and summer and kabam told me that since I did act 5 final quest like few days after they announced comp they wouldn't give it to me and also they wouldn't give act 4 rewards because I did it 5 months prior which is unfair they also changed mastery points in act 4 they moved from exploration and completion honestly these rewards would still help me so much because I'm in act 6 running low on gold iso and these crystals would be incredibly helpful only one of my alt got which is weird because my others did the same thing. This is so lame

Not sure what is going on now. I had not explored act 4 and mastery point updated to the completion after update, so I was missing out.

Then they rolled out differences. I think I got those. What is going on now?
