What are good Epoch Destroyer counter from the 7* skill class? Can bullseye work?

Just use a Cosmic champ.

I used a rank 2 Elsa for him and vision arkus for the rest I believe. You need someone that can inflict a lot of debuffs.

I used Knull

Kate does fine
I used 1 revive I think

Sable worked for me

Sable works wonders

Sable/BWDO or anyone with Resonate (that doesn't have buffs) ..
Or Knull without Odin prefights
