With R4s becoming more and more prevalent, I think we need higher tier potions

Kabam talked about lv7 potions, now we are all starting to get R4 champs, I think the summoners need a higher tier class of potion. Kabam talked about lv7 potions about a year ago anyway, let’s implement them.

When the level 5 potions were updated a long time ago, our champions had a lot lower health pools. Now that some of our champs have 100k plus health pools, level 5 health potions do almost nothing.

Even simpler solution would be to make health potions percentage based just like revives are. Makes them all useful at all levels.
