How many points one should have in Stand your ground mastery?

I have 5 points after recovering from offence.
I have no interest in recoil masteries.

My greater cruelty and precision has 3 points each while greater strength has only 1 point.
Before, cruelty and precision were max while greater strength had 3 points.

I wanted to activate stand your ground so recovered my points and now have 5 points spare with me.
Please guide how many stand your ground is required and where I should put remaining points.

    It is a very niche mastery but is deadly. Do you often take heavy attacks while blocking (miss dexing the heavies in time). Then put 5 points. If you play high tier AW put 5 points as well. Otherwise 1 is enough.

    Need to see your mastery setup for giving better suggestions though. Post it here.

    My proficiency is fine as it is.
    So only attack and defence after stand your ground is activated and if points are remaining

    It's good for defense, if you care about AW and BGs

    Successfully running these non recoil built for years without a single change (with exception of 5/5 unfazed in BGs in some metas)

    Your despair needs to be 3/3.
    You don't need 3/3 salve tho. Rest is fine with whatever you decide.
