Kabam if you think a 7* champion is worth 9500 units, then I'll sell you my 7* for 9500 units

These 9500 offers are actually confusing to me but if you think a 7 star is worth that much, I'd love to sell you my unused ones for 9500 units apiece. Let me know.

Nah, it's like a car, once you take it off the lot (pop them out of their crystal) , it decreases their value.

Best I can give you is 500 Units. That one has a dent right there, 50 units.

Some of my 7* are duped and I put ISO into them, so that negates the off the lot decrease.

It's not like you're forced to buy though? Once upon a time they sold 25 t2 dust for 200$ lol. Is this worse than that? Just ignore the offer. Kabam is providing the offer cuz there is a base to buy them.

Very glad I don’t have enough units to accidentally tap on these offers.

You're paying for the ability to choose the champ you want to get more than just buying a 7*. Just like all offers, the cost is heavily weighted on convenience.

oh yes the illusion of choice given by the kabam overlords. we can't choose the champion kabam chooses it for us, then again it's any 7* including those from the loyalty and incursions crystals that kabam don't yet want to add into the base crystal for whatever reason..

the cost isn't mainly on convenience but on how much profit they can pull from the sale

Other willingly sold and got struck when kabam introduced content with * gates (specifically variant 4).

I'd love to see some more content gated to 2s, 3s or 4s. Since that Back Issues Variant came out, I think all we've had are a few 1 and 2-star arenas. I'm still religiously max ranking all my 2s and 3s.

    Worth it

im waiting to dupe my 7* omega red, i grrinded for him in the arena back when he came out.

but man alot of older champs just needs a number balance. 7* iceman is still showing his age.

i have a feeling omega red will be in basics soon. what you guys think?

The real question is why aren't 7* Serpent and Onslaught being sold?

Only champions that are middle of the road

    Yes but under a condition
    - no confirmation button on selling a champ
    - Can't contact support in case of a accidental sell

Somehow you think those are deal breakers.
Definitely. There is a reason champion selling is removed. Previous we were able to sell 4* and below champs. A lot of players accidentally sold and contacted kabam with multiple support mails. Other willingly sold and got struck when kabam introduced content with * gates (specifically variant 4).
I'll agree to an in-game waiver if that's what it takes. You're still dancing around the point though. These 9500 unit offers are ridiculous. If kabam doesn't think so, then they should work both ways.
Let’s see you pull off that at a McDonalds first. Because if they will sell you a burger for $1.99, they should be forced to buy one from you for the same amount of money. Make a burger and bring it to the drive thru and see how it goes. Report back with your results.

On a more serious note, you can’t sell the champ back for units because you literally cannot sell the champ back. You aren’t buying the champ. In this game, champion acquisition is about unlocking the right to use the champ, and moreover if you play long enough you will eventually get (almost) every champ. When you pay units for a champ, you’re paying for time. You’re paying to get access to something sooner than later. Time is something the game can sell to you, but you cannot in any meaningful way give back. That’s like trying to get a refund on an early access ticket to a movie once you’ve already seen it. You can get a refund for a DVD because you can theoretically physically give it back. But you cannot return early access, because you cannot return time.

The 9500 unit offers are for people who want the champ now and willing to spend units on it. You cannot offer Kabam the reverse of that transaction, because there is no reverse of that transaction.
I'd love to see someone try this at a McDonald's. Tiktok of the year?

They should bring back selling option but add 2 - step process. U click to sell a hero, it shows picture of hero and ask if u want to sell hero. U click yes and it ask r u sure u want to sell this hero.

If players choose to sell and then find out they need them in the future, that's on them.

You can get kabam to give you your units back if you purchase the champ by mistake. I've done it twice

The no confirmation thing is insane/ridiculous.
It’s great that they fixed it for you but that’s not a fix.

Honestly I look at it this way, they sold us a 7* with the Plat Pass for $25 so that's now the value of 7* until 8* and that's a long way off, cause $30 for a new 5* makes 0 sense
