Did i mistake becoming a paragon?

How do i raise a ticket? i became paragon just a few days back and cant seem to get thanos reigns rewards..is it a bug?

    You need to be Paragon (or whatever similar related events stuff) prior to beginning your progress on things.

    Doing stuff while a lower level, stuff that you can’t re-do again from scratch later on, do not automatically get marked as completed for Objectives/Events that you don’t even have yet at the time you do the stuff, until you advance in progression, and then can only do stuff from that point on while at your new progression.
