I reached Lvl 62 and did not receive the level up rewards

I just completed exploring Epoch of Pain and exchanged the tokens to get to Lvl 62. But I’ve been refreshing my game and moving in and out of tabs within the game, but nothing has popped up telling me that I reached Lvl 62. Therefore, I can’t claim the rewards for leveling up. It says I “claimed it” but I have not received units, a profile pic or the 2* Ultron.
My game is still doing that blinking thing, so I don’t know if that has something to do with it.

Anyone else having issues with this?
