Why not just add special arena for Sundays?

You don’t even have to add anything just throw it in for Sunday,

Maybe arena where we can use our 2/1* and get resources like shards and potions.

Whatever happen to those special arenas and why not just put them on Sunday.

For us who like to grind or do something on Sunday doesn’t have to be crazy rewards or time consuming.

Maybe tier progression like valient arena so we can get shards or something, even a throwing in some potions for arena could works.

Do you grind arena or care about it?

Just toooo my dog for a walk and milestones are about to be done.

When you're in a mission and need units for potions, it sucks you have to wait until Monday to get it on arena. And we don't even get the battle tolkens from Sunday arena

There’s ‘nice to have’… but all these suggestions need to be understood in the context of what Kabam will actually do if they touch it.

Arena is arguably the best it’s ever been for units… you think it’s going to get better if they change it?

no one was satisfied with the old sigil store, and the first iteration after Kabam touched it was far worse. We have so many aspects of the game that need addressed, let’s not kill one mode by pretending the Kabam “reward buff” team is something they aren’t. I will take a dud day in arenas to leave the rest untouched

The amount of units you can receive from arena is virtually uncapped as you can always earn battlechips from fights even when the milestones are hit. Personally I feel there are already “unofficial” valiant rewards (or opportunities), myself and others in my alliance can hit all the basic milestones in about 50 mins. It takes a wide roster and over 20r3s to get the numbers. The trials arena too as you need so many full ranked 4*s to hit in one big sitting.

Asking to change arena is just poking the bear.

This is from a new arena grinder- managed about 13k units from the start of Jan, arena was a big part of that.

We can’t even get updated rewards in other areas of the gam.

i don’t think they will add 7* champs to arenas and i don’t think they should either.

1. modders and piloting will make a joke out the mode again
2. based on how they release 7*s through big unit based events, straight up cash, and now the pity system, they probably make more money doing that than releasing champs in arenas
3. giant no to adjusting any arenas. any change means an audit and any audit means they make us do more work for the same amount of units. if you want shard, let them be added to a new EQ difficulty and battlegrounds.

I will share my usual pattern. Arena express, no recoil. Let’s say reset is Monday midday:
That evening:
Featured 6 stars arena - I run r5 ascended 6 stars to get to 3x multiplier. Then run R3 7 stars on down until I hit 6 mil or 7.5 mil milestones. Takes about an hour. If I am tired, I will just make sure I get to here in the morning.

Tuesday morning:
Finish previous night goal if needs be,
Basic 6 stars arena: 6 star arena r5 ascended’s to 3x multiplier. Stop
4 star arena: highest 4 stars to 3x multiplier. Stop. About 30 minutes

Tuesday evening: finish feature arena with highest 7 stars that are refreshed now. About an hour

Wednesday morning: get through as much 4 star arena as possible in 30 minutes

Wednesday evening: rip through 6 star basic arena with 7 stars and 6 star ascended 5 stars sorted high to low. About an hour.

Thursday morning: another 30 minutes on 4 star arena.

This pattern clears all milestones in both 6 star arenas and gets me to the 7th or 8th milestone in the 4 star arena. Maximizes the time I have, I run any boosts expiring. Throw on 15% boosts in the evening from the SDE replenishment and I periodically open 10 or 20 supreme solo crystals for more boosts. If I am running behind the star arena, I will open some greater arena crystals for boosts as well.

And I will carve out 15 minutes for those additional arenas that show up for 30 units. Just rinse max 5 stars.

I filter to only 7* and sort the rank in reverse. Pop an attack boost.
I then use all 7r1 until a 15 streak and then after a 15 streak, they’re usually quick fights cos you get “thanos’ team” etc.

After 15, pop another boost and go for the R3s and down.

Arena is done to farm units,
Not to farm 7*

And they aren’t updating main game modes, and especially battlegrounds. Just look at everything else in the game.

All that’s left is “when and what they will buff”

Battlegrounds is the main mode nowadays and even those rewards are already outdated.

And that doesn’t stop people from spending regardless, nothing will get fixed and updated for the longest time, while 2025 banquet will have people spending more than 2024 banquet.

The economy of mcoc is bad and all time low right now.

All content creators, whales,spenders are already 100% epoch and waiting for the next big content,sale, and ofcourse rewards update.

Because PI and champ strength continues to climb while arena milestones stay fixed, arena rewards are actually the only ones in the game that continually get better. It’s also one of the reasons why J4 etc requires 36K units now instead of 18K.

You do know there are relatively younger and newer players who may not have a deep roster like you find it tough to grind arenas right? If arenas need to be revamped to match updated rewards as you say, and makes it harder and more time consuming to finish the milestones, it’s a hard no for me. Arenas today are in a great state, leave it as it is.

You don't get it. They aren't saying that they won't change the current arenas but may add more, they're saying that if they spend even a second doing anything in the context of arena the first thing they do will reduce the units. ANY changes to arena won't happen because it will mean less units

Arena is easier than ever and I’m not complaining about getting units or anything.

I’m just just saying they need to add more arena events and look what they did to improve “Sigil” they took away a lot of things we like. They took plenty of good things Sigil had and made it worst and in the end the buff wasn’t really all that great.

But honestly it’s in the works down the line. I would be suprised if they don’t touch arena if more than 2-3 years passes by the time we all have r5/6 7*’s as it’s getting easier and easier to get units.
