Mutant R4 confusion

So 100% epoch gave me a mutant 3 to 4 gem, very happy cause mutant is my favorite class. I have Onslaught Domino Dazzler and Sinister at R3 with Dazzler and Sinister unawakened. Who to R4 among these, I will be happy with any of these just asking for suggestions.

    Also have mutant awakening gem which I can use on Dazzler or Sinister.
