Because you keep thinking the forums are the same thing as global chat. They are not. Forums are for helping others with issues in game or getting through content etc. You just wanna chat and fool around. That's what global chat is for.

You can't. I believe all it is now is a tag the guardians place when removing comments and posts. Doesn't really mean much, but probably is more of a highlighter for the mods.

so why do I have some if my posts or comments have never been taken down before?
Like I understand why that evil David guy has tons of abuse reports but some of us have loads for no reason.

There is not an actual person looking at this.

It’s some probably broken algorithm in the background seeing someone reporting abuse and linking it to your account.

It doesn’t mean anything. If you get enough abuses against your account, then maybe an actual person will look.
