With Bastion joining next month, who is the best Sentinel champ so far and why?

Sentinal buff was a W, I forget immunities and for the 10th time, placed cgr on attack and forgot sentinel is now armour break immune, anyone have armour break passives in the game yet(ik he would still be immune to it just saying armour break passives would be OP)

Still os to me just because i love the self repair i love the plasma i love the pause the different utility like tracking cowardice or heal block but sentinel is close maybe bastion be the best sentinel will see but this is only my preference hate nimrod so much even trying him never liked him never took him up much in ranks

Armor break passives doesn't make sense because how armor up buffs interact in the game.

There is a node called breakthrough, a early node which applies armor break passives to defender on each hit. Most mystics you remember as armor break immune, are actually immune to armor break debuffs, cuz a lot of nodes have armor break passives.

Essentially a armor break debuff has two characteristics - reduces armor, and removes a armor up BUFF. Armor up buff is super important because since havok release tech class is characterised by armor up buffs. Tech champs with armor up passives may/may not get removed by armor break debuffs.

Long story short, bleed debuff and bleed passive are both same things, just how the effect is applied changes. But armor break debuff and armor break passive are fundamentally two different abilities.

Breakthrough does neither Armour Up passive nor Armour Break passive. It just increases and decreases armour rating. Neither a debuff/buff , nor a passive. So immunity to armour breaks does not factor there

An armour break removes an armour up EFFECT. not just buffs.
You can test this on shuri. And as per the game , it applies to Armour Break effects as a whole. Not just debuffs.

Omega Sentinel has great utilities and good damage but very stressful to play. With Sentinel just get to 100 charges and go ham. Super tanky, awesome immunities, insane damage and his sp3 is one of the most busted abilities in the game.

Nimrod easily kills any mutant who isn't shock immune though like Gentle. He isn't a 7* currently but that doesn't mean he's completely fallen off.

Well he doesn't only kill mutants, he can work for other matchups as well like Bullseye, Gorr, and some others

But this time I'm correct. Go check out bg gameplays by big YouTubers most of them have him in deck and pick him. He's a great dual threat and bullseye counter in bgs.

Countering mutants who don't need countering doesn't make every robot NimGod

Hopefully 7* NimGod will have plasma prefight because he obviously got upgrades after sitting on bench for so long.

Easily sentinel very good with and without class advantage plus solid defense use even if nimrod was a 7* sentinel would be far more relevant with todays mutant class and with how the games meta is

Nimrod by far. Although his obvious flaw is somehow not having access to plasma, he straight up abuses most of the mutant class, which is literally the whole point of sentinels. He doesn’t even heal block like a normal champ. He straight up punishes them for it lol. He also has good synergies as well which counts towards his value.He reduces critical hits to nothing, and his energise coupled with his armor makes him very tanky on defense. I’m still convinced that many anti shock nodes in questing is due to him, that sos toad would be a joke if he wasn’t immune to shock. I don’t think he’ll be a 7 star any time soon honestly but if he does his value will increase to at the very least the top 5 techs.

Yeah between his pulverize and easy access to grit (not to mention the other utilities) he definitely shouldn't have stayed on my bench that long. I R2'd last week and will R3 and awaken him shortly as well.

Him not being a 7* is holding him back unfortunately, if he was a 7* he’d easily be a top 3-4 tech
