Any idea when the mastery offer will be live?

I need 2 carbonadium and stone mastery cores.
I remember there was an offer where we can buy them at low units than the normal 550 and 135 units but cannot recall when the offer was live.
Any idea when it will be back?

PS- dont have sigil.

Don’t think it will happen anymore but … if it does, that is great.

I now get mine (I know RNG), from the LCC claimed from the game site.
