Battlegrounds Season-Start Rewards unable to be claimed

For the past few days, every time I enter Battlegrounds I get the pop up saying:

"5 Victory Track Matches Completed! Season Start Rewards Claimed,"

showing that I got 7000 BG tokens, 600 elders marks, and some relic shards.

However, these rewards don't seem to have been added to my account, and I also can't find them in my "stash," which is where the pop-up says I can check for unclaimed rewards. Is this a bug, or am I just misinterpreting the pop-up? I really don't wanna miss out on 7000 tokens (it seems too good to be true). The pop-up just keeps appearing every time I enter battlegrounds, but I can never seem to claim it.

    They’re supposed to be in your unclaimed rewards section of your stash. You’ll get the pop up until they are claimed.

    I'm slow lmao, I was looking in the inventory tab and wondering why I couldn't find rewards, thanks.

    I had the same issue just now, and it also wasn't in the unclaimed rewards.
    I saw the same Reward popup but after claiming, nothing was added to my account

    Did you claim them or just see the pop up? They are in your inventory/unclaimed rewards after you play 5 matches
