Is there a list of some type that tells which champs are NOT in the seven star pool?

Did you google it before posting? Just a similar search query like "mcoc who is not available as a 7*" probably would've helped. Here's one.

There are a couple of 5*s not available as even 6*s. If you don't know who they are, you now know what to google. Don't mind, just helping long-term. 😄
