    The first row champions are good ones, continue upgrading them.
    For more upgrading you can continue with magneto he is really helpful, kushala is a great attacker specifically against cosmics, and bullseye is a good defender. Afterwards, try to get as much 6-stars as you can because 6-stars are better than 5-stars in general. The mist important thing when upgrading the champion is understanding how he or she works. The best rotation, there abilities, synergies and so on. So either you read their discrbtion or search for full breakdown video this will help improve faster.
