Missing units on level up

Two days back I leveled up from 61 to 62 but on level up I didn't receive the 300 units I was supposed to get. And I thought I will get it some time later but today I came to know 2 players of my alliance also had the same problem. Please kindly look into it!

    62 is bugged if u search it be fixed next patch so in a week
