Missing signature level up

Hello,
I’ve just opened two basic 6* crystals and found two champions I already own.
I got 7* shards, gold and ISO but not 20 signature levels for each champions.
What’s going on?

    You are correct there is a bug but it isn't the bug you think it is.
    Currently what's happening is when you dupe a champion it is displaying only the sig level that they just got to for a brief moment before disappearing. Meaning that for example if you had red hulk at sig 60 and you pulled him it would quickly flash sig level 80 and go away. But you'd find him sig level 80 in your roster.

    So you still got the sigs it just didn't do it's usual animation of the level going up from 60 to 80

    Source? I just opened over 150 different crystals to check this

    Mmm, I see. It's impossible to remember signature levels of all champions but I would swear Rhino was already awakened and it's still level 20 instead.

    How many max sig level crystal you got, then?
