Champions getting blocked mid special

So Spiral is fixed but somehow the team broke others? I’ve been getting blocked during Titania’s sp1 and now Okoye’s SP2.

Is there a running list of champions that are dealing with this? And has there been a statement as so why the AI is able to do this now?

Let me be clear Titania misses or whiffs a 2nd hit but somehow she is able to continue the attack, not like Spiral where it was able to block the rest of it. Also people rarely use her Sps other than sp3 and heavy spam I guess.

Defender reaction speed for the win I believe. Another one of many knock on effects from ramping this up.

The answer to both those questions is No from KABAM unfortunately.

Oh I’ve had AI block the rest of the sp1, it mechanically feels very similar to the spiral issue. Where a hit knocks the defender back a step and instead of being in a “dazed” state they are allowed to move freely and often end up being able to block the remainder of the special.

So she’s down to sp2 spam only per these geniuses… mean whine the 2nd hit of her heavy tendons broken for months on months now too.

I just tested right now.
On a 5 hit combo MLLLM it whiffs the 2nd hit but she keeps going.
On a Special Intercept it makes contact on all hits.
On a 5 hit combo MLLLL all hits make contact.
So its a spacing or hitbox issue?

I got curious and decided to test this after reading the Rintrah root issue Zola posted.
If its a spacing issue this could explain A LOT of problems in the game

Fair point. My only concern with the champion by champion approach to these things is clearly these problems are caused by a generic cross champion element of the game being tweaked for whatever reason and then we get stuck with persuasive cross champion unintended consequences that live on for months and sometimes even years rather than fixes that address the root item that created a large scald problem

Dust is another champion that opponent will block her specials while sandstorm is active. I can't use her sp2 because my opponent will always block her hits unless I throw special after I use a striker.

For Okoye, it’s happened a couple times now. Not much more to say unfortunately as it’s not as consistent as Titania.

Maybe. Not sure. But Archangel is bugged consistently. His ability accuracy is being reduced.Please do tell if the team has a plan for it.

Quite a few champs have been randomly dashing forward and using mediums when not directed to. This happens a lot when fighting Onslaught, usually after he throws his special 1. This sets them up to be immediately light intercepted. Is this supposed to happen? I didn't see it in his abilities.

Rex - do you think the team could look into the 2nd hit of her heavy too? Especially when unstoppable if the first hit whiffs intentionally the 2nd hit will also whiff even when making contact with a defender.

Yes, please fix Dust. It's sucks I can't use her properly as attacker because my opponent will block her hits from sp2.

@Rex - can confirm that it is consistent with Okoye’s SP2 the 2nd and 3rd hit whiff when the defender is not against the wall. The blocking of the rest is inconsistent but the whiffing is not
