Could you add awaking gem shards into the daily or the 7 day stamp trade in?

I know these type of posts tend to upset a large group of the player base, but for me, I personally like to pick up the daily's from time to time but at this point, I and many endgame players have more or less all the champions we want or need where new ones are more or less just tweaking random aspects of the game. What would be nice though is a chance to awaken the ones that statistically are becoming very difficult/unlikely to dupe. Any way we can get a small amount of shards introduced?
