After this week there are two more weeks of regular AQ until raids swing back around. You'll be able to enlist your alliance for raids the same way you enlist for regular AQ, you just have to wait until it's time for raids.

And you will have to Enlist for Raids during the WEEK PRIOR to Raids week.

(otherwise, once that day-1 starts, it is already starting what you had setup in place beforehand)

Raids run the same time for everyone and is set once in a 4 week rotation. They can ask all they want, but until it's available you won't be able to do it. There are two more weeks of regular AQ after this week and then raids will be available. So the next raids week will start on March 17th (depending on time zone) and you can enlist your alliance for it the week before.

    I have some more questions
    1. How can we enhance our weekly glory
    2. What's maximum weekly glory
    3. Any benefits by set extra nodes in Alliance Quest

Max glory depends on a few things: the prestige of your alliance, which map levels you're playing, and which modifiers you're adding. Technically the most glory an alliance can get in a week is 8600 (in a regular AQ week), but that is only available to the absolute top alliance, meaning the alliance with the highest prestige, playing full map 8 with the highest modifiers.
Given how this post has gone, I imagine that your alliance is pretty small and has a fairly low prestige. Without knowing more specific details, I can't get too specific, but I would guess that your max glory that your alliance could achieve is somewhere in the 3500-4000 range. But like I said, it depends on how high your prestige is (increases opponent difficulty for more points) and which map levels you're doing.
It also depends on whether or not you're fully exploring the maps.
If you want more glory, get bigger accounts (or grow current ones) and play higher maps.

Looking at your alliance, i would also recommend that when RAIDS does start, you only do one group for raids and the other two continue to do whatever map they normally do. It actually looks like your group could do it, but I don't know if two groups could get through it.

Also, I wouldn't worry about the prestige match race with your current members. If they rally want more glory, do higher maps.

Yes. Only do how ever many BG's as a Raids, as what your alliance will support (how many people would get in EVERY week, on average, and how many BG's would be able to get sufficiently far within them). And run a normal map for the other BG's during Raids weeks.

As for *when* raids are, you can check each week and look at the NEXT WEEK SETUP panel in the main AQ screen. It will say “Raids Week”, for setting up the following week to do Raids.
And once you do one that week, the next time around the game remembers your persistent setup (just like for regular weeks (maps, modifiers, etc)), and will default to the same Raids Week setup you had the prior 4 weeks earlier.

And for Bonus Points (for normal Maps 1-8, you should setup different Modifiers for subsequent days (they are on a “per-BG” basis). Clearing the Boss (in that BG) one day, will advance you onto higher Bonus Modifier points for that BG's next day if you beat the boss again.
There are 2 different aspects to this. (1) is “Bonus Points” which has a separate payout at end of the week. (2) other is that there are EXTRA points on the running AQ Points tally based on this as well.

As well as each boss kill across all BG's increases the alliances running/modified AQ Prestige thru the week (starts out as your normal Alliance Prestige), deducted by a (-) for any BG's that failed to get a boss kill each day.
And that potentially higher Modified Prestige each day is what sets the baseline strength (PI) of opponents on the map each day, and will also then result in more regular points for all the normal nodes on the map as your Modified Prestige goes up during the week.
(stronger map nodes, but higher points as a result).

    3. Any benefits by set extra nodes in Alliance Quest

As for #3 abive, not sure I understand what you mean by “setting extra nodes in AQ”.

Unless you mean setting up 3 BG's worth thru the week even if you may not have more than 20 people in alliance ???

Note, no matter how many people in alliance, or now many BG’s you setup (or how many days, max 4, that you setup for each BG), everyone individually is limited to only joining 4 days worth of AQ (doesn’t have to be same BG every day, but limited to 4 days total per person).
