Deathless piece compensation makes 0 sense

For the last while some people including myself have had issues with the 6 star deathless piece selector. Today they finally addressed it only to have us locked out of picking pieces. I myself wanted to pick up a piece to sell for 30k bgs tokens. Tell me why I’m locked to only 500 6 star shards? Like if it’s a game thing, idc if it takes another 2 weeks to get proper compensation but this is just unacceptable.

    Yeah I hit claim before looking since I knew what piece I wanted to sell, but I was forced to get 500 6* shards instead of what I wanted

    Came here to say the same thing. Was locked to the 6* shards but wanted the piece that gave 30k bg trophy tokens

    Me too. 500 6* shards is ridiculously low conpensation conpared to any of the deathless pieces.
