I was doing 100% exploration of old story content till I was hit by a 98% complete. Turns out the lane I complete back in 2015 just had part of its lane undone. I don’t know how that happens, someone from @Kabam please explain

Be thankful they reduced energy from 3 and the maps are helved. It's not a deal breaker.
Act 4 in 2015? Look at the guy with early access to acts. Dam impressive.

As buttehrs said when they reworked old acts they removed lanes and combined where some lanes are now not fully complete on that quest due to the rework of lowering amount of lanes

In case you missed seeing that when they revamped ACTs 1-4 some years ago, many paths were changed, merged, chopped, etc.

Unless you had 100% explored an ACT prior to the revamp, you will have to contend with potentially changed/merged sections of somewhat undone, with other parts done, in order to fully finish exploring them.

Yes, you have to go back over any paths which have even the shortest of still unexplored segments in them.

Could provide the Announcement from long ago, but it's years ago to find it.
