Yeah. Kushala and Longshot on one tier, Juggs on the next tier down WRT awakened ability. With LS it makes him into more of a dual threat, so if you only want him for offense then go Kushala.

Isophyne needs it more technically if you want solid maestro and serpent counter. Also she is not available in basic or titan pool yet

But if you want to choose between jugs or kush, then go kushala
