She can do everything and more than rogue.

I've been voting x23. Not because we need a Wolverine successor, but because x23 has the absolute most basic kit out of all the options. Rogue doesn't need a full rework. Only a small buff that expands the buffs she can steal as that in game list grows and possibly extend the duration of them.

My votes are for Rogue cause I think he power set and capabilities are amongst the most unique or exciting in the game. I feel like there's a lot of fun and creative stuff the team could do with her kit.

Then you have X-23 and it's like "oh another Mutant Bleeder and Healer" it's just not as exciting. Obviously whoever gets it, hoping the team does something exciting to whoever wins.
