Special ballot selector is not working for me

I finished 5 fights with the specified champs (rogue, x23, squirrel girl, jubilee and invisible woman).
I claimed it and then nothing.

Restarted the game and device too still nothing coming up.

    Do you mean after claiming it, you did not have the option to choose which champ ballot?

    Yes that's the issue.
    I claimed it and then nothing.
    I noticed my points are still same so its stuck somewhere.
