i have a more interesting conundrum that will provoke immense groupthink amongst you all in a time of thimblefuls of t6cc in raids chest where you can buy them cheaper than the raid entry anywhere else

my friend doesn't like the numbers on his power bill and instead wants to spend that money on the quintennial cavalier crystals, how would one use electro to avoid their power bill. Best solution wins.
