Special vote ballots appears to be on a 24 hour timerthat only starts when you finish the quest?

So unlike the other content that's released at a set time, the special daily events only start the 24 hour timer when you finish so if you don't do it immediately when it refreshes, it could cause you to have less votes during the 30 days. Is this suppose to be happening?

One thing to keep in mind is the DST change this morning (not sure if there's a change in game anymore or not, supposedly they did away with DST adjustments, so time for people will be 1 hour clock different, based on their DST)

But, yes, I see mine about 2.5 hrs later of a refresh for the Women's Votes Objectives.

However, on a prior day, thought it was showing “coming” exactly at the 1pm US EST time.

Wonder if today's discrepancy is due to getting a second objective respawn (as part of the makeup for earlier days). Could be 24 hrs from the last “respawn”.
And I'd guess that the next day will go back to listing a “new timer” back to the intended normal hour/min. (plus an hour for DST)

I think they're set up like the battlegrounds objectives. Those refresh every 2 days, but if you haven't completed AND claimed one before the reset time, then you will not get the new one. You have to "clear the slot" to create an open space for the new objective to respawn in. Also not unlike events like the Double Track Event where once one or two objectives are unfinished or unclaimed, new ones will not spawn.

Just did some BG ones (lazy, hadn’t done any BG all season yet), to compare times.

The BG ones say will refresh at normal (what *was* 1pm US EST, now clock will say 2pm).
While Votes tab ones (as mentioned) say they are about 2.5 hours later than the BG ones right now.
(which is probably about when I got/did/re-claimed a respawned second copy of my 30 vote objective earlier)
