Change alliance settings from by request to open

Can someone tell me why we can't change the settings of our alliance from by request to open

It's a bug.

You can try Submitting a Request to support, ask them to change it to the setting you want for your alliance.

We have the same issue. Ticket submitted but nothing useful from Kabam… yet…

they need to fix this asap , i cant imagine having to submit a ticket everytime i want to open or close my alliance privacy
