Power Snack sanity check

I'm using a max sig Angela with Odin prefights, so it should be a -140% nullify ability accuracy.

It's possible I've just never paid attention in the past, but I feel very confident that Angela's buffs didn't get nullified in this circumstance.

Today though, in AW, all of her buffs are being nullified right away. There are no other nodes affecting ability accuracy.

It seems from a timing standpoint that either the buffs proc before the nullify, in which case the AA reduction should make her immune to the nullify, or the nullify should proc before the buffs, meaning at most, the only buff to nullify would be her single armor up buff.

Again, I could be wrong, but I feel like in previous versions, if Angela had the Odin prefights at the start, power snack wouldn't effect her.

Can anyone give me a sanity check on that?

It’s always been this way. For whatever reason, her sig ability comes online after the fight start buffs get eaten. Any buffs acquired from then on work normally to reduce Power Snack’s ability accuracy, but just not that first one. No idea if it’s a bug or intentional, but it’s been that way forever.
