Silver Surfer
CLASS: COSMIC
Cosmic Armor
Upon losing more than 5% of his health to energy damage in a fight, he gains passive 70% energy resistance(cannot be nullified) for the remainder of the fight.
All Special attacks
Opponents do not get power from these attacks
Power steal 16% of the opponents max power
SP2 : Power lock for 6 seconds
SP3 : Power lock for 10 seconds, This attack ignores all armor.
Cosmic Empowerment :Dash back and hold block for 2 seconds
Continuously drains 5.5% max power every second
Gain up to 330% additional attack rating based on current power( Like Cap Marvel)
(since your power will keep falling you have to play aggressively to maximize your damage output)
Upon hitting 0% max power, Cosmic Empowerment ends(lose attack boost) and enters a 90 second cooldown
Signature Ability : Power Cosmic
While Silver surfer is in a state of Cosmic Empowerment , all attacks gain a (45% to 90%) chance to power steal 2% of the opponent's max power.
Silver surfer is designed to be the ultimate power control + damage dealing champion
Reach max power, then trigger his Empowerment,and gain + 330% attack rating. However, your power will keep draining so play aggressively to ensure you don't run out of power)
Via synergies he can start the fight with one bar of power and get an additional power gain buff at the beginning of each fight
to help his maximize his stored power and trigger Empowerment at the start of each fight.
Doctor Doom
CLASS : SCIENCE?MYSTIC?TECH?
SP1 : Special Effect: For 6 seconds nullify any buff on the opponent and replace it with an equivalent debuff with 50% potency,
( example: a fury granting 200 additional attack rating will turn into a weakness reducing attack by 100)
SP2 : Special Effect:reduce all the opponent's power gain by 45% for 8 seconds.
SP3 : Special Effect:gain a lifesteal buff for 8 seconds allowing you to steal 1.5% of your base health per hit
All Special attacks : Psionic Attack (50% chance)
After Doom damages his opponent with a special attack he gain 30% additional attack rating that lasts as long as the active special effect.
Psionic attack refreshes any active Special effect on his opponent.
Doctor dooms Mystic knowledge coupled with his technology and scientific knowledge reduces the ability accuracy of mystic, cosmic and mutant champions by 45%.as long as psionic attack is active.
Signature Ability: Psionic empowerment
As long as a psionic attack is active, Doctor doom gains +100% ability potency and +30% power gain
Doom can wreck ROL wolverine with his SP1 converting wolverines regeneration into degeneration.
His SP2 is a good counter to Hyperion as it reduces all power gain by 90%
His SP3 allows him to regen over longer fights.
He is the ultimate utility champion with good damage.
By constantly spamming specials you can keep all the Special effects active, hence the power gain in his sig ability
