error in gift crystals

I recently experienced a strange bug with the crystals that kabam gave us, the champions that should appear on the crystal when it stops do not match the one you finally get.

The Spinning Reel does not actually matter.
It's just random, what counts is what the Servers have already randomly assigned to your pull, even before you press to stop the spinning.

And sometimes the contents of the spinning is mismatched with what is actually in the crystal. (But what your *GET* is indeed part of the crystal).

Normally this presents as like a final “jump” to another champ after what looks like the spinning had stopped on someone else (then bottom profile pic does “jump” to match what your full length champ is displayed as.

If spinning on bottom ultimately rested on a totally different champ profile pic that the full length one you got, wonder if maybe the “spinning reel contents” somehow didn’t have the pulled champ (so couldn’t even “jump” to that correct champ icon) ????

Well, I have no idea; I have the moment recorded on video, but it can't be uploaded here.
But if you tell me that this happens sometimes, I agree,no problem.

What type of crystal was it?

If it was one of the couples crystals (which it looks like it may have been) then you get 2 champs out of those.

If that is the case, out of this crystal you got 5* Gambit AND Sersi.

It's possible that it's what you say; I don't know because I don't usually pay attention to the type of glass I open, beyond whether they are 5, 6, or 7 stars.
