Pre-registration compensation

They send me a message says scroll down to the bottom to collect your compensation and it doesn't scroll and there is no bottom there is no place to claim. That just adds insult to injury there's so much stuff that just doesn't get back to us just gets lost in The matrix there's no way to get a hold of anybody I got to come here and post about it.

Restart game, and also look in your “STASH - Rewards” tab.

Sometimes mail sent stuff is only visible there (well, they are ALWAYS there, but sometimes aren’t visible in the Mail Msg itself, only in Stash)

It’s in stash currently.i claimed just now. It’s how it usually is for comp.if not in mail always in stash.

umm my alts didn't get the email and I didn't even receive all the crystals I was supposed to receive so annoying smh
