Compensation Missing

Today got this in-game mail stating for compensation click on claim button but its missing from the game and i also looked into the stash but there was nothing

    Same here i got nothing and my alliance mates say they got like 4 Valliant crystals

    Me too I only got had of what I was supposed too and my alts didn’t get any

    I got it. Mine was only 2 though and we won quite a number of wars, so I was thinking it should be at least 4 or even more

    Should be in Stash - Rewards (might have had to restart game)
    Others have confirmed they got them in Stash (whether they were the right amount or not, they were there).

    But, both pics above, and everyone else, WHEN did you get the Mail Msgs.
    Or specifically, when were they SENT OUT, but maybe you hadn’t been online in game to check when you got them, prior to Maintenance ?

    BEFORE or AFTER the Down Maintenance yesterday ?
    Pics above say yours was sent out yesterday (would have been before maintenance).
    When they may still have had problem with sending them out correctly ???

    its not just that they didn't give proper comp either
