Guys, I try not to complain to often but come on, the level 62 rewards delay is getting silly.

I really don't understand what the delay is. I know you can't elaborate on the specificities but I just can't see it being that brutal of a fix. If your database is SQL based then:

SELECT Player_ID FROM Player_Account WHERE Level = 62

Send rewards to those accounts. If its something else, I'm sure there's a very similar query you can use but, come on guys, the Gauntlet is coming out today and those 300 units will be very useful to a lot of us. I mean, I'm like almost a quarter of the way to 63 already.

It's fixed for Players who reached 62 after update.

But the players who did before are still effected.
Im gonna assume they have to send the rewards via mail and fix the inventory caps manually.

Same timeframe as the missing mastery points from Act 4 I would imagine, so you’re looking at maybe 6 months

@Toproller89 Honestly dude, I'm legit starting to believe that that is true. Like I don't know where all those disagrees are coming form, like you really do get punished for being diligent with content. Unless you get lucky and there's a bug that can make the fight easier (which they will patch with quantum levels of speed) you seem to almost always be punished for it.

It’s not like this was only an issue to those to explored epoch on day 1. Anyone who explored epoch in the first month (because ultron still wasn’t available when the new release went live) experienced the issue. I wouldn’t consider completing content in a month “bullrushing”

Its an issue, but I dunno about labeling it as frustrating. 300 units or a 2* Ultron hardly have an impact to make things frustrating. That's a personal opinion.

I don't think that's accurate. Unless there was some intermediate server push.

I made a point of waiting to do my last epoch lane until after the March update, because I knew it would push me to lvl 62.

I still don't have a 2* Ultron, don't have a She-Hulk profile pic, and my T5CC inventory is still showing 19, which should be 20 at lvl 62.

If there was a bug where completing a mission/objective gave you 300 units instead of 300 gold then Kebem would've fixed it in highest priority tho 😎

I did 4 runs back to back last week in my alt account. I got all rewards. I was surprised too.

While I agree the delay is silly, the fact that I don’t even know exactly what I’m missing and can’t tell you one way it has impacted my gameplay tells you what a pittance these rewards actually are. The real travesty is being stuck at level 60 for years and getting absolutely nothing for it

Before you guys say we only care about units I want to tell you I need the full energy refill we get after every level up as that also was missing when reaching lvl 62 so I want that in the compensation as well 😤

What’s the status on fixing the T5CC inventory situation? I got all the rewards except for the increase to 20. I’m still stuck at 15. So you have two different groups with bugged rewards related to level 62.

1st Group - No rewards at all
2nd Group - All rewards except the T5CC increase

I keep looking for my ultron. Yet he evades me so....(it evades me so??? Who knows) but things like this KILL any drive to actually progress. Similar to how i will NEVER buy weekly or daily deals anymore until the next to last minute. Because if you rush into content or sales and they modify it (see weekly offers getting added light material feathers sig stones etc etc) kabam refuses to take accountablity or recognize how you get the short end of the stick by being proactive. I cant tell you the number of times ive purchased the weekly deal (one of the few purchases i make anymore) and they add stuff to it mid week then you email them and ask for the remainder of the package and they just say 'sucks to be you' essentially. Like...great way to encourage spending and content completion. Plus with all the bugs you almost always have a harder time than the people who wait. Its a major bummer

I personally don’t think asking for some sort of timeframe, other than an extremely vague “soon”, was an unreasonable request but as it seems like it is, I’ll shut up and not ask questions anymore.

The tier 5cc cap didn’t increase could you forward that to the game team at lvl 62 it should be 20 but it stil 15.

I very much appreciate the input but as @Toproller89 said above (I think), the thing that is so discouraging is that, not only are these anomalies becoming more and more frequent but there starting to be this general trepidation whenever a new thing releases, i.e. Oh cool 9.2 is coming out...I wonder whats going to go wrong this time. Of course you can just say "Just wait a few days to do the content." Which is true but the most hyped your going to be is day of release, as things move forward every piece of content becomes tepid in your interest levels so that to me, is just kind of a downer.
