Level 62

I have been holding on to my XP tokens from epoch because of the level 62 bug. I know people who got 62 early still don't have the rewards...but it is not clear to me if it is fixed now for those who are getting lvl 62 now?

It seems that everything except for the increase in T5CC capacity is currently working.
