Hello. I’ve been a long time player of MCOC. Since the beginning of the game actually. I have had to retire several times in the past but I always find my way back to MCOC. I came back after a year retirement in Jan 2025 and when I retired over a year ago, it was due to a lot of mechanical issues and ongoing bugs. With no resolution in site it caused me to put down the game. I found my way back to MCOC as always but was shocked to find out the bugs are 10 times worse than they were initially over a year ago. The worst they’ve ever been since the launch of MCOC in my opinion. The AI is completely different. Much more aggressive. The AI is able to do things they never could before. Revives are not easy to come by. BG materials aren’t easy to come by. The time spent trying to combat the issues. The cost of the issues are heavy on us players and we get no compensation. We get no feedback, no resolution, a lack of acknowledgment and no estimated time fix. There is so much lag and delay through the entire game that parry and dex barely respond. Inputs are constantly dropping. I can hardly scroll through the game without it dropping response. AI is the biggest issue of all now, with its aggression and ramp up hugely noticeable. I’ve had to alter my entire play style and it hasn’t been fun, to say the least. I have looked into this known issue and it’s been present since Sept 2024 during my last retirement. It’s now March 2025 and new champs are still being released. Old champs are still being retuned. New content is still being added. You’ve launched the online marvel shop. Money is being spent by loyal players in order to enjoy and play this game. And yet the ongoing issues still remain. I get it’s hard, to navigate technical issues but. Something has to give here. It seems kabam has been more focused on the financial aspect of things than making the game enjoyable and playable again. I am a spender of this game and back when I spent I enjoyed it and I spent often. Now I can’t spend on good conscious knowing my money is going to something that could have otherwise been avoided if the game was functioning as intended. I don’t want to say goodbye to a game I’ve cherished and played for over 10 years but I feel the loyal community has been ignored. Please kabam, find a viable solution for this huge issue. I miss when the game was playable. I miss when it was enjoyable.

I feel myself losing passion for the game over it all…. Can’t even spend anymore I can’t make logical sense to spend on it anymore because my game is just. Hardly playable. I hope it’s fixed before I truly give up and retire for good. Over 10 years playing… thousands of real dollars spent. Passion. Now all I feel is sad. About the state of the game. Frustrated. I feel kabam just doesn’t care about us anymore. Just the big spenders the whales. But us smaller spenders us loyal players we matter too kabam. To expect us to spend money on a game that isn’t working as intended is insanity. People will always spend, obviously. Regardless of if the game is playable or not. But the majority of us, feel frustrated. By the state of the game. By the lack of effort to fix it. By all the bugged champs. All the dropped inputs. It sucks. It all sucks.
