6 star Chavez or 7 star Wiccan?

Just pulled wiccan, is it worth diverging my resources into him instead of Chavez?

I made Wiccan my first r3 7-star and don't regret it a bit. So long as we're not talking about sub par champs, 7-stars always have priority (Depending on the content you need to complete as well I guess)....
