Uncollected New Update didnt pop up

helllo guys i just want ask why after i finished the act 5.2.6 still i didn't Receive the new update for calendar, I asked my other friends that are uncollected now they've said that I will receive the new update with the title but in me I receive the title The Uncollected but New update is Missing pls kabam help me, thank you.

The calender starts the same time you get your normal calender rewards it does not start straight away.

yeah but how about the rewards of arena crystal rewards and the new update ????? the calendar is possible not to get soon but the rewards ???

If it does not come at the same time as the calender then restart and if still the same contact support.
