Event tab notification won’t go away

This notification has been there since the game was crashing a few days ago. It won’t go away.

Yeah. Got nothing there either.

I have also seen this many times after the crash. Nothing in stash. Before crash too, the notification won't go away as soon as I collect the rewards. It'll stay there for long time.
