MODOK's Auto-block reset time is 7 sec as per his abilities. There are no nodes which influencing this, but it seems like the time is reduced by 50% and resetting after 3.5ish sec. Or am I missing something here ?

    Ok. I got what I was missing. "Force Field recharges 0.8 second(s) faster for each alive Champion on the enemy team."
